This is a quaint bungalow in the historic district of Bastrop one of the oldest towns in Texas. It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Colorado river. Is about 20 minutes to Austin Airport and F1 race track, 30 minutes to downtown Austin. We have reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen and fridge. we have cable and wi-fi. we have instant hot water so you will not run out of hot water while you try out our fabulous walk in tub. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4. The space It has a nice deck on the side of the house for our guests that overlooks a beautiful garden. You can enjoy a drink while watching the butterflies and hummingbirds. It is very peaceful and inviting. We also have WiFi and high speed ethernet connections. Guest access It has a driveway in front of the house and a front door entrance with a keypad lock that we can program in a custom four number code just for you. There is a Art Studio attached to the house. The private entrance to the Art Studio at the end of the hall is always locked. Other things to note We are close to downtown Bastrop and Austin. We have many restaurants close by and tons of things to do. We have several places that have live music on the weekends. We have high speed ethernet connections.
