Fantastic Views and walking distance to hiking, biking, rock climbing and caving. Home completely renovated with outdoor loving guests in mind. Huge yard that opens out to Pigeon Mountain Wildlife Management Area as your 6,000 acre backyard! Big kitchen and dining area with open plan to allow everyone to hang out and watch TV, cook, and eat around a big dinner table. Double doors open to an expansive deck with views of the mountains. 65" tv for great viewing with your friends and family. The space The Mountain Views and access to Pigeon Mountain Wildlife Management area. The back area opens up to 6,000 acres of Managed Land. Open floor plan with room for everybody makes this a great base to explore Northwest Georgia. Plenty of room and 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Smart TVs in every bedroom. Circular driveway for easy in and out. Located on State Highway which is convenient, but you are subject to exposure to State Highway traffic including tractor trailers. You are only 35 minutes to Chattanooga. The views on the drive to Chattanooga are scenic making travel more enjoyable. Guest access House property backs up to Pigeon Mountain Wildlife Management Area. Blue Hole Rd is behind the property and it is part of the Wildlife Management Area. Other things to note **IMPORTANT NOTE TO AVOID CONFUSION ON PRICING** 1. The base price of the house includes up to four people. Each additional person is $15 per day. Infants and toddlers up to 2 years old are no additional charge. 2. Pets: $50 pet fee per pet paid in cash left in the house at check out. I welcome pets with the acceptance of the pet policy. One time fee per visit / per pet: Please review: - Do not allow the pet on the furniture during your stay unless you put something on furniture like a towel or blanket. - There are pet towels and pet coverings for your use in the hall closet - You must clean up after the pet and leave no evidence behind - Pets are not to be left unattended unless put in a crate - I recommend pets be on a leash while on this property for their safety - Pet(s) must be clean, well groomed, and parasite free - Excessive hair or dirt is subject to additional cleaning fees Thank you for staying. Pigeon Mountain Wildlife Management Area is fee based. The best price for access to the Pigeon Mtn. Wildlife Management Area is to be a fishing license for $10/day. Even if you aren’t fishing that’s the best price for day access. This is for people 16-64 years old. The Wildlife Management People are okay with you buying a fishing license even when you are not going to be fishing and land passes are more expensive because they get more federal funding for licenses versus land passes. If you don’t plan on entering there property you don’t need to pay the fee. Because this property backs up to an expansive wildlife area you may see wildlife at the Blue Hole Property. Please keep this in mind with pets and children. I would suggest you keep dogs on leash because of potential meetings with skunks and deer. And the house faces a State Highway with standard state highway traffic to include farming equipment and large trucks. Fires must be extinguished completely if unattended. There is a garden hose within reach of fire pit. Please help keep an eye on fire presentation advice and I may have to request you not have a fire due to conditions.
