The full-size heated swimming pool and enormous back yard is a great way to relax and enjoy some special times with your kiddos and family. The patio has stylish furniture and a propane grill to complement the perfect outdoor setting. Parking available inside the 2-car garage. We are close to all major Highways. Tons of excellent restaurants nearby. Other things to note Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. The swimming pool can only be heated to a max temperature of 87. Will take a few hours to get to that temperature. If Dallas weather is cooler or raining it can take longer. Sometimes a full day. Preferably the best time for swimming is late afternoons or early evenings. In extremely cold weather and rain, the pool may not be an option to heat. No refunds due to bad weather. Extra fee’s: Start up - $75.00 Daily charge - $50.00 If you don’t wish to use the pool heater, the above fees are not applicable. Prior arrangements and payment need to be made in advance if you would like to use the pool heater. Logistically it can be a real challenge so in order to accommodate your needs, this is my request so you avoid disappointment. Early check in, may be an option for a $150.00 fee.
