Well if so, you will be so close to the stadiums if you stay at “ The Hawthorne “. It has been refurbished but still has the fun creaks in the floor and old character charm of a historical home while being beautifully furnished for your family to comfortably enjoy and spread out. It’s over 8,000 sq feet with a fully stocked commercial kitchen complete with 3 dishwashers. The commercial sink will actually have your children wanting to do the dishes. There’s a game room garage that has a pop a shot, ping pong table, shuffleboard, a multicade video game ( has 60 different popular games), exercise bike, darts, TV etc , billiards room with CD jukebox, lots of board games, bee themed tea room, several smart TV’s and a baby grand piano. For the couple who wants to really get away from the crowd there is also a newer addition apartment complete with all necessities and an office work space if you need that quiet time to work. We do have a high chair, pack and play, a crib and a mini bedside crib for the little ones in your crew. The home used to be a bed-and-breakfast, so most bedrooms are en suite and also have their own individual HVAC system to control the temperature in the room. This is a home just like any other. It can have flaws of any issue with maintenance, landscape, cleaning, weather, animals, etc. We require notice of any problems within 24 hours of arrival to give us a chance to correct. We will work with you on a resolution, but will not be held to attempts for a refund due to unreasonable circumstances. You will see by our reviews we try to maintain the highest possible standards for the Home, and will always do our best to correct any issues immediately. We will not allow attempts after the checkout period to claim issues with your stay. Guest access We have a large circle drive that could accommodate approximately 10 cars. Other things to note We do have a fire suppression system (commercial grade) throughout the home. Please let your kids know about the fire equipment and to please not pull the alarms or throw balls or anything in the house. If one breaks it would set off the water sprinklers inside causing damage. We also have a Ring camera at the front door and 2 cameras on the sides of the house. All record with motion and have sound. None pointing indoors.
