About High Grove High Grove is a gated Mediterranean style resort with clubhouse, media lounge, communal pool and spa and kiddies Tot-Lot With only 170 homes, High Grove is small enough to retain a lovely community feel, yet big enough to offer the facilities you would expect from a first class resort. You will almost certainly get to know the team in the club house during your stay. Their (as well as ours) job is to help you have fun in and around the resort! For those departing on a late flight, the clubhouse team really comes into their own and will store luggage for you and you and your family will be able to enjoy all the facilities for the entirety of your final day – even after you have checked out the home. High Grove has a fully equipped gym, games room, a miniature golf course, children's play park, plus an additional large swimming pool and hot tub. POOL and SPA/HOT TUB is $35 per day only October to April Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private pool and spa/hot tub. Relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining. for the duration of the stay minimum , should be requested and paid off before arrival * Pool heat/spa is $35. Pool heat is recommended October - April. * Pool heat is set to 88 F and the hot tub is set to 95 F where applicable. * Pool heat timer runs from 10am - 8pm. It may take 24 hrs+ for the pool to heat up or cool down. Please note the pool pumps have a safety mechanism to prevent overheating during cold weather conditions, when working. This leads to a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality in a safe and efficient manner. Please note the pool heater works via HEAT EXCHANGE system and might not function properly with weather nearing freezing temperatures. BBQ Rental is $85 for the stay, comes with a full tank of gas, should be requested and paid before arrival We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $50 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation. PARKING: There is no garage parking available. Driveway parking available. Check in: 4 pm. Early check-ins (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host. Official check-in time is 4 pm. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $100 fine for delay inside the first hour after official check-out time. HOUSE RULES: - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS This is also a Resort policy as well as Airbnb rule. Noncompliance will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund and eviction process will immediately commence. Furthermore, there will be an additional charge of $150 per day per unauthorized Guest that is detected. - NO SMOKING You can't smoke inside the house or open the windows.
