Escape to kayaking, scalloping, fishing, crabbing, biking, watching dolphins and manatees, incredible sunsets…all at Seaview! 5 mins driving to beaches, 20 mins to Weeki Wachee, 1 hr to Tampa, 2 hrs to Disney, minutes to Publix, restaurants, stores...MIN 30-DAY STAYINGS. The space SITTINGS: Kitchen, Dining Room, Master and 2nd Master Bedroom all over look the gulf. Dining Room sits 4-6. Outdoor dining in screened porch can sit 6-10. Grill outdoor and embrace the ocean breeze. BEDDINGS/BATHS: The Seaview house has 4 bedrooms, 1 office, and 3 full baths, and sleeps up to 12 guests. The main-floor master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and it is attached to the screened patio overlooking the gulf, and it has its own private full bath. The 2nd master has one king bed (sleeps 2). There is a full bath next to it. Living room is on 1st floor and has a L-shaped sofa. The Upstairs Master Bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and has access to a private balcony overseeing the gulf. It has an attached office with a king-size sofa bed (sleeps 2). The kids bedroom is also on the upper level and has a full-full-twin bunk bed (sleeps 5). Family room is upstairs. It has a Fulton sofa which can be converted in twin bed. There is one full bath on upper level. Guest access One time Private code will be given to guest by 11am on the same day and it allows guests to get into the house only during their booked time periods. ADDTIONAL FEES - Fishing Boat is $150 per 8-hour day plus gas. -There is a $20 per guest per night fee when there’s are more than 8 guests. - There is a $40 one time charge to use our grill, which covers grill cleaning and the first 1/4 tank (5 gallons) of propane usage. Additional propane will cost $10 per 1/4 tank. - Guesrs are to keep kitchen equipments clean to avoid extra cleaning fees. - We charge $30/each to replace missing towels or pillows. - We provide environmental-friendly wood logs at $5/log and each log burns several hours. - Seascape Oasis welcomes pets, $100/pet one-time fee. Other things to note WHAT CAN YOU DO AT SEAVIEW - Grill outdoor and embrace the ocean breeze and sunsets. - Kayaking the mangroves or open bay. Two Kayaks are available for you to use at Seaview, each allows two adults. - Rent our fishing boat from our dock. - Watch TV under the covered tiki bar by the gulf. - Fishing from the dock: red fish, cat fish, snapper, snook etc. - Breakfast in screened porch, watching the wild nature from your own docks: dolphins, manatees, cranes, parrots, cormorants, osprey, eagle, ibis, seagulls, pelicans, porpoise, tweety bird, ducks, fish, sting rays, crabs… - Burn a log at the fire pit by the gulf, toast cotton candies or hot dogs. - Watch stars at night with our telescope. Try SkyView Lite app. It is so cool. - Take a leisurely stroll to one of the many local water-front eateries for dinner, including Sam’s Beach Bar - Bike around the town. 4 bikes are available. - Crabbing for blue crabs (crabbing season Oct 1 to May 1). Fishing from Seaview docks (all year long). There are two fishing poles in the house. - Scalloping is a big trend here during July-Sept. People usually rent a boat for a day and go to sea. - Seaview is tucked away in a peaceful family-friendly neighborhood with 360 degree view of Gulf of Mexico, but it is conveniently located 5 minutes away from publix and winn Dixie. - Bring your boat and tie to our floating dock. Only 15 minutes by boat to the grass flats for perfect scalloping conditions. - Visit SunWest Beach 5 minutes away, Mini golf place Congo River 10 minutes away, Weeki Wachee State Park 30 minutes away, Clearwater 1 hour away, and Disney 2 hours away. COSTS: The base charge includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $20.00 per day, per guest. Contact us for discounts on longer staying.
