We look forward to welcoming you to our apartment, where comfort and community come together! Guest access -The apartment is accessed from the street with a secured commercial-grade door. For your safety and convenience, there is also 24/7 surveillance and a security guard nearby. -Upon booking, each guest will have their own unique access codes to the main door and their separate apartment door that are only good for the duration of their stay. -Of course the entire unit is completely private with no shared spaces. -Located on the second floor (with an elevator as a bonus!) Other things to note Being in the middle of downtown, there comes the typical hustle and bustle you'd expect to find. We don't have designated parking spots, but there is a parking garage located diagonally across the street for around $15-$20/day which is standard for downtown. Me or someone from my team is available 24/7 via the message thread. We've streamlined the check-in/out process for you so there is no front desk, or physical keys that need to be picked up. If you're unable to reach one of us, please use the emergency contact number provided in your House Manual sent prior to check-in. We cannot guarantee a specific parking rate because we do not control the parking prices. Security Camera Notice: For the safety and security of all our guests, please be advised that the property is equipped with active security cameras located exclusively outside the home. These cameras are positioned to monitor the exterior front door and the outdoor hallway areas only. There are no cameras inside the property or in any private or indoor living spaces. The purpose of these outdoor cameras is solely to enhance guest safety and prevent unauthorized access. We are committed to maintaining a secure and respectful environment for all our guests.
