Bring your friends, family, co-workers, you name it, we've got room! This enchanting private oasis was created with you in mind. It’s the perfect mountain escape surrounded by lush woodlands and the trickling sounds of creeks that converge into a picturesque pond in the front of this home. Listen to the birds in the morning as you sip your coffee on the front porch swing. Share in laughter and s’mores around the campfire by night. Hair dryers, organic shampoo and conditioner, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, and more are all provided. Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. The fees help cover our costs for steam cleaning between stays. We do our best to remove allergens for future guests. Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals which provide a service to their owners, for example seeing eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: - Early check-in or late check-out can be at an extra fee depending on availability. - You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival. - A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in. Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit). Guest must provide CC and ID that match for the reservation. Keep in mind, if you are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct, not all third parties share your information with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees. Security: Please note, there is a camera out-front pointed towards the front yard and one in the back-yard pointed toward the woods for liability purposes. Good to Know! Rest easy with Safely Insurance. Upon booking you are covered by $5,000 of damages insurance and up to $1M in liability damages. Your payment includes a $99 charge for this service. If you prefer not to be covered by Safely, you can opt out and provide a $1,500 refundable deposit instead. Upon booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Thank you for following our house rules: No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund. Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Disturbing the wildlife (especially bears) will not be tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund. No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 10 people are allowed to stay overnight. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour. It is against Highlands code to have more than 14 people stay overnight and no more than 10 cars allowed on property at a time. The trash cans are on bear-proof and are located on Upper Lake Road. YOU MUST CLOSE THE BINS tightly and make sure the cans are secure. If you do not secure the cans, the homeowner will be fined $1000 and you, the tenant will be responsible for that fee. Enjoy your worry-free stay!
