Beach Villas is located less than a mile north of Times Square and the pier, and less than a mile south of the beautiful Bowditch Park. Situated directly on the white sand, you get some of the best views of the Gulf! Unit 103 features tile floors and granite countertops throughout. The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances including a standard coffee pot. A personal washer and dryer can be found in the guest hallway as well making long terms stays a breeze! The Master bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The master bedroom also has large windows and sliders allowing for stunning views from bed! The guest bedroom features two full sized beds and a shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom. This unit allows up to 6 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Guests can enjoy the stunning views from their private lanai, or enjoy some downtime relaxing in front of the television. This condo has all of the amenities you could want for an island getaway.
