Beach access includes seasonal lifeguards, parking, restrooms, bike racks and outdoor showers. Other things to note 1. Trailers, boats, motorcycles and RVs are not permitted on the property. 2. No parties, events or smoking. 3. Everyone in the party must be 25 years or older (kids and young adults accompanied by family OK). 4. There are two security cameras located on the premises. One facing the front porch, driveway and street, and the other facing the back porch stairs. The cameras record 24/7. 5. Pets may not be left alone in the home unless crated. Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
