The resort is currently operating on one remodeled high-speed elevator (works nice) and wait times are generally not a problem right now (after Spring Break) but may be longer than normal. This remodeled beachfront home features an oceanfront master bedroom and en-suite, a bunkroom for the pickiest of kids and a separate in-law suite with private entrance, kichenette, private balcony and master bedroom with en-suite. As you enter the main entrance, the large hallway built-in provides plenty of beach bag and flip flop storage. Additionally, each bedroom and bathroom features beach inspired wall hooks for all your belongings. You can cook your meals in your fully equipped kitchen or your private electric grill and then dine al fresco. Relax in the living room in the sectional sofa and two club chairs as you watch the 82" smart TV. You won't want to leave this one-of-a-kind beachfront home. From March to October, eat lunch and get a drink for the poolside Wine Bar. After a great day by the ocean, grill dinner on your balcony’s private electric grill and dine al fresco on the balcony while watching the sunset melt into the emerald water. Finally, end the night sitting by the resort’s gas-powered fire pit overlooking the ocean as the kids swim in the adjacent pool and hot tub. What a way to spend the day! The condo was recently extensively renovated to feature shiplap molding throughout, tastefully decorated beachy decor, and beautiful new furniture. As soon as you enter the main entrance, you are greeted with a fabulous entryway built-in to drop your beach bag, keys and flip flops. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for entertaining with granite countertops, a large pantry closet, Keurig and regular coffee makers and a blender to enjoy those beachy frozen concoctions. Sit at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or dining area table (seats 6) and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico while eating your meals or playing one of the provided family-friendly boardgames. Relax in the oceanfront living room on our very comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa and chairs as you watch the 82" 4k Smart TV streaming your favorite shows and movies after a fun-filled day at the beach. The condo can comfortably sleep 10 people. Bedrooms: (1)The Oceanfront Master bedroom features a walkout sliding glass door to the oceanfront balcony, a king size bed with pillow-top mattress, a 65” Smart TV and an attached bathroom with dual his/her vanities and an enormous shower. (2) The Second Master bedroom lockout unit features its own exterior entrance, keycode locking interior door, a well-stocked kitchenette that includes a Keurig and regular coffee makers, microwave oven, blender and all-in-1 Cuisinart air fryer and convection toaster oven, a comfortable King size bed, a 50" TV, private bathroom, and an oceanview balcony with counter-height outdoor table and 2 chairs. (3) The Third Bedroom has 2 sets of twin-sized bunk beds. Kids won’t argue over charging their electronics in this room as each bunk includes its own built-in dimmable light and electrical outlet with 2 outlets and 2 built-in USB charging ports. The Third Bedroom also includes a wall mounted Smart TV with an easily accessible HDMI port to plug in your own HDMI device. The Living Room sectional includes a queen-sized pullout sleeper that can accommodate 2 additional guests for sleeping. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to check-in. Once on-site, guests will get their parking passes and wristbands from the concierge desk (extra fee payable directly to resort). All communications with guests will be provided electronically. Panama City Beach, known as the Emerald Coast, is located in the Florida Panhandle. It is conveniently located in the eastern half of the US on the northern part of the Gulf of Mexico. PCB hosts 4.5 Million visitors per year because of the beautiful beaches and many activities for all ages. The upscale resort, Sterling Breeze, is a smaller condominium with 145 units. It is the only resort that has private electric grills on each balcony and a gas powered fire pit overlooking the ocean. PCB is a popular destination with 4.5 million people driving or flying here annually. Depending on where you are coming from, there are a number of interstates available to make it an easy drive. Additionally, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, ECP, is a short 19 minute drive to the condo. American Airlines, Delta, Southwest and United fly to/from this airport and offer nonstop flights to Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Nashville, Philadelphia, Washington DC (subject to change). Additionally, the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is 1 hour 17 minutes away and offers addition flying options. After a family-fun day at the beach, keep the sand out of the condo by storing both the provided beach toys and chairs and any of your beach items in your private beach belongings storage closet conveniently located just outside the condo. Relax on your large private west-facing corner balcony in the comfortable table and chairs as you watch the most amazing sunsets in the world. Look for dolphins, stingrays and turtles as you cook your family’s dinner on the balcony’s private electric grill. If you don’t want to cook, no worries - take a short walk to the famous Dusty’s Oyster Bar or Pier Park. Condo features in-unit washer and dryer and free WiFi.
