It is also a very short walk to the beach access and the town of Seaside which has wonderful boutique shopping, renowned eateries, Air Stream food trucks, another beach access, an amphitheater with green space and more! Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays. AirBnb handles all payments. Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. All pets are strictly prohibited as the owner has extreme allergies. Maximum occupancy is enforced with security cameras. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Elevator is not for guests' use. Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.  Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, and is available October 1 - April 30. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
