The space The Property This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sits right on the 1st fairway of the award-winning Bandit Golf Course, on the banks of the Guadalupe River — one of the most scenic properties in all of New Braunfels. The gated community has no street lighting, which means the night sky actually glows. Every Bedroom Has Its Own Private Bath No sharing, no waiting, no awkward bathroom schedules. Each of the three bedrooms — a downstairs king suite with golf course views and walk-in closet, an upstairs queen with a private desk area and pool views, and a bunk room sleeping up to 4 — has its own en suite bath. This is the feature that makes the whole trip work for groups and families. The Pool, Hot Tub, and Outdoor Setup The community pool is just steps from the front door, with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area right there. This is where the trip actually lives — sunsets from the balcony, dinner on the grill, and nobody wanting to go inside. The Kitchen and Living Areas The kitchen is fully stocked (think: everything you need for a group breakfast before a big day). Large island, coffee bar, dishwasher, all the basics. The open living area has 65" smart TV where you can stream from your favorite channels. Board games for the nights when nobody wants to go out. Dining table and island seats everyone comfortably. Location — Central to Everything Centrally located between San Antonio (45 min) and Austin (1 hour). New Braunfels' tubing on the Comal and Guadalupe rivers is 15 minutes away. Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall (Texas' oldest dance hall), and dozens of restaurants are all nearby. If you play golf, The Bandit Golf Course — rated among Texas' best public courses — is literally in your backyard at guests' expense. A Note on Access The condo is on the 2nd floor with a flight of stairs to the front door — please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations. The property is in a gated community; gate and door codes are sent before check-in. Guest access You have the entire condo to yourselves — all three bedrooms, all three baths, the balcony, and full kitchen. Golf at The Bandit Golf Course is available at guests' expense (tee times not included). The community pool and BBQ area are shared amenities available to all guests. Gate code and door code are provided 48 hours before check-in.
