The space This beautifully updated three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo sits right on the 1st fairway of the award winning Bandit Golf Course on the banks of the Guadalupe River. This is a perfect place where you can relax, sit out on the patio and enjoy watching the golfers or play a round yourself. Sitting out there at night is just gorgeous, especially on a clear night. Our gated community has no street lighting, so the night sky just glows. Centrally located between San Antonio and Austin, it is only 7.9 miles to downtown New Braunfels for marvelous food, family fun at Schlitterbahn Water Park and river floating. It’s a short hop from there to live entertainment at Gruene Hall, as well as being near outlet malls, and wineries. So many options to take part in. The open floor plan lends itself to easy socializing and living with a large granite island kitchen, dining/living room combo and a private balcony. This property has a pool, common grilling area and boat access to the Guadalupe River/Lake McQueeney. And, of course, you can stop by the Pro Shop and sign up for golf. The condo is a 15 minute drive to the main attractions in New Braunfels. The space: Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors Room 1 has a king size bed. Room 2 has a queen bed Room 3 has full over 2 twin bunk bed The apartment is also stocked with clean towels and bedding. There is a fully outfitted kitchen, washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, and hair dryers. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet. Smart televisions in the living room and each bedroom. Guest access: You have the entire condo to yourselves. The Golf Course is available at guests’ expense. The community gate and this condo have a keypad. The codes are provided prior to check-in. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old; the primary renter must be on property during the reservation period. A rental agreement provided by the host must be signed within 48 hours of booking; failing this, the reservation will be cancelled. Also be aware that there is a required $500 security deposit hold for all bookings (see house rules). We also want to let you know on Saturdays at 12 noon there will be a siren 🚨 that alarms as a practice. It's very loud and just don't want you to be alarmed. There is a Ring doorbell for security purposes. We expect that you will be respectful of our house and our neighbors' privacy - please take partying indoors after dark!
