Other things to note Our home is not wheelchair accessible. 4x4 or AWD vehicles are highly recommended in the winter months. Window A/C Units are provided from Memorial Day (Late May) to Labor Day (Early September) 🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors 🎉 No parties or events ♿ Not wheelchair accessible ❄️ Winter Travel Note 4x4/AWD is strongly recommended in winter due to the remote location and changing road conditions. Please plan accordingly and allow extra travel time. 🌬 A/C (Seasonal) Window A/C units are provided Memorial Day (late May) through Labor Day (early September). 🅿️ Parking Parking for up to 6 vehicles. Additional vehicles/trailers may park on the long driveway or field road—please do not park in the yard. 🏹 No hunting or trapping Hunting/trapping is not permitted on the property. 🛻 Motorized Vehicle Rules (Seasonal) Motorized vehicles are allowed on the field road and along the edge of the field only (5 mph max) from April–October. There are no ATV/snowmobile trails on the property, but an ATV/snowmobile-approved road connecting to a larger network is approximately 0.4 miles from the driveway. 🔑 Self Check-In Keyless entry with smart keypad.
