The large yard with a gentle slope to the lake leads to the the private dock where you can swim or use a slip for your boat. At the waterfront you have a picnic table and firepit (this is a shared space with the adjacent unit). Dock - This rental includes the use of 1 COVERED slip in our dock. Electricity is available every docking point. An additional slip may be available upon request, just please let us know if you need 2 slips. ALSO, at summer pool water level (359'), there is about 6 ft of water at the end of the dock and 4 ft at the front. If the lake is low, we cannot guarantee the water depth at our dock. 4 TVs are all smart TVs Kitchen is fully equiped with cooking basics free WiFi, parking for 3 vehicles and 2 trailers (if you need more parking, just let us know and we will try to accomodate). Family friendly resort community near Moors Resort. Our parking lot is shared with the 4 plex behind the house. There is a metal carport close to the house & the property line is basically right on the other side of that car port. You may use the car port, but please don't park any vehicles on the property belonging to the 4-plex. I suggest no more than 3 vehicles, but if you have several trailers, I usually suggest parking them in the grass area next to the covered patio that is attached to the house. It is a tight fit, so take care not to drive off the retaining wall, or hit the brick wall. If you have questions, please ask!
