Our exquisite abode boasts two outdoor showers and a secluded patio complete with a dining area and fire pit. Nestled in a prime spot, it's only a brief stroll from Del Mar's unique dog beach, as well as local shops and eateries. HOUSE RULES - MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 10 - QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $50 pet fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pets allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee. - VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located outside the driveway. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: • Receive full refund Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival: • Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun
