If the remote are no returned at the end of the stay guests will be charge $250 per remote. Absolutely no parties are allowed . Guests will be charged $2000 fine if gathering is detected or reported. The property is monitored by neighborhood watch. All pets have to be reported and registered as well. All guests have to be registered including children . We live 20 minutes away from the property and are available if any need arises. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are in need of anything, or any issues arrises. The units are within walking distance to fun zone , Catalina ferry , balboa ferry. 30 minutes to Disneyland. 40 min drive to Lego land, sea world. An hour drive to San Diego zoo. Pretend city in Irvine is only 15 min away and is a fantastic place for younger children. In summer time there is a free shuttle going from the Penninsula to Newport Beach and can access corona delmar and connect to other free shuttles to continue to Laguna beach and Dana point. There is a ferry to balboa island as well. The property is equipped with music system though out, we ask to be respectful of the neighbors when using the music system specially on the decks. The side gates are auto closing please be careful not to slam them so it will creat too much noise for the neighbors. Absolutely no parties are allowed at the property and the guests will be assessed a $2000 charge if a gathering is detected or reported by neighborhood watch. Music system has to be shut down by 10 pm.
