Heated outdoor pool(May-Sept). Close to pools, beaches, and restaurants. The space Waterdance Bldg E, unit 16 sleeps 38 in 8 bedrooms. Can be combined with either of the side units (Townhome 15 or 17) to sleep an additional 16 guests or rent the entire triplex to sleep 70 guests in bed. Each home has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans. We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them. We do not allow pets in this home.
