Spacious & sunny, The Smitty Place is a great home base for your McCall adventure! This 4-bedroom home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to town and shops, and just a short hop onto the city bike/walking path. An upstairs entertainment area with a combo pool/air hockey table, a fully fenced backyard includes a landscaped lawn, patio with outdoor furniture, covered deck with a large propane BBQ, and fire pit will ensure everyone in the group has space to relax or be entertained. This 4 bedroom home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to town and shops, and just a short hop on to the city bike/walking path, which is plowed in the winter for year round access. With an open floor plan, plenty of off street parking, use of single car garage, and a large well-designed kitchen loaded with counter space, The Smitty Place is perfect for larger families and groups! Bring your toys and trailers - there is room to park your toy hauler and boat trailer plus cars on the driveway. HUGE entry and mudroom area gives you a place to store your gear and toys AND includes four bikes for your use during your stay. Smart TVs with streaming, WiFi, and an upstairs entertainment area with combo pool/air hockey table that ensure everyone in the group has space to relax or be entertained. The main floor of The Smitty Place includes kitchen with high end kitchen appliances including a wine fridge, 30-inch Kitchenaid Dual Fuel Stove, and two sinks for easy prep. There is also bar seating for four, dining nook with seating for six, the living room with Smart TV and propane fireplace, one queen bedroom, one bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed, and a full sized bathroom with double vanities. Also accessed on the main floor is the laundry room, located in the garage. Upstairs you enter the loft entertainment area with a large Smart TV and movie watching area with oversized leather couches and a combo pool/air hockey table. Through the entertainment area is one queen bedroom with a private balcony, one king bedroom with a large walk in closet/office and plenty of space for a portable crib, and a newly remodeled bathroom with large tiled walk in shower and double vanity. The fully fenced backyard includes a landscaped lawn, patio with outdoor furniture, covered deck with a large propane BBQ, fire pit, plenty of sun, shade and room to play! The Smitty Place includes use of a single car garage only available in the months when there is no snow (one bay is reserved for owners) and the large driveway provides plenty of off street parking for your vehicles and toy trailers. Ample space for boat and snowmobile trailer parking. Both the garage driveway and side driveway are plowed in the Winter. The Smitty Place is 2,400 sq. feet and sleeps 9 in beds. This is a pet-friendly property pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management. If reserving through Airbnb, the pet fee is in addition to your reservation total and will be invoiced to you separately through Airbnb in the form of a Funds Request after you confirm your booking. Guests must pay the pet fee separately through this request. The home has a two-night minimum stay, some date ranges may require a 3 or 4 night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking. To start your vacation off right, we’ve provided a day’s worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away. Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello!
