This unit offers an inviting open-floor plan with a peek of the ocean. Living room has two love seats, and smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Not a resort vibe; not a luxury hotel. Unbeatable location in the most lively part of IRB. Main bedroom has queen bed and a twin size foldable bed; 2nd bedroom, 2 singles. The space Spacious condo unit with all you need for a comfortable stay. Smart TVs in living room and bedrooms. Swimming pool with plenty of chairs around and a couple of tables with shade. There's also a fridge, a bar setup and a nice Weber grill by the pool. All of this is shared only between the 7 units in the property. Please note that unlike other vacation rentals in the area, we supply beach/pool towels at no additional cost to you. We provide a starter pack with TP, dish soap, detergent pods, kitchen towels, etc. Guests are expected to resupply the items they require for the remainder of their stay. Please list the total number of guests when making your reservation. This helps us better prepare for your stay. Guest access Parking space is a hot commodity on the beach. We have one designated spot that is immediately on your left as you enter the parking garage. In full disclosure, some people find it tight, but it is big enough to fit an SUV. Backing up may be necessary and is recommended depending on your vehicle's size. There is also one guest parking spot between the two buildings in the property, available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no elevator in the building. Our unit is directly above the designated parking spot, one flight of stairs away (15 steps). Please note that stairs are a little steep and may be uncomfortable to climb with heavy/bulky luggage, and for people with limited mobility. There is a unit above and one next to ours. There are many restaurant options and a CVS within walking distance. You can also visit some nature parks nearby to go for a nice walk in addition to the beach. A water park is within walking distance as well. Splash Harbour and George C. McGough Nature Park are some of our favorite outings for families. John’s Pass and the Largo Botanical Gardens are just as fun. Other things to note IRB is a lovely community. Not as crowded as other beaches in the area (scarce parking). However, it is NOT secluded. It has a little town feel to it, but not too sleepy as there are several restaurants, ice cream parlor, and lively bars around. Our condo is in the heart of all of that. The water park and the nature parks nearby draw a lot of locals and tourists alike. If you want to venture a bit farther, Clearwater is only a short drive away. The trolley that rides on Gulf Boulevard can take you there or to any other beaches south of IRB, and connect you with public transportation to St. Pete. We fell in love with this condo and its location when we first saw it. It is our dream come true...our vacation home at home. Not a resort, family-friendly, unbeatable location, and on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. We are a local family, not a managing company, with young kiddos who LOVE the ocean and spending time at the condo. We can honestly say this is a unique, low-key spot to relax, play, and enjoy some of the best Florida sunsets. We do not offer luxury hotel amenities, but our property is clean, well-appointed, and affordable. * Something else to note: There is a larger unit above and one small one next to ours, so you may hear some noise coming from those. We have quiet hours in the complex and in the City (10 p.m), and all owners are instructed to remind their guests to be respectful of others and to be mindful of their noise.
