Located just 220 yards from Kirkwood Village and the main lifts, this comfortable two-bedroom condo offers the perfect home base for ski trips, powder weekends, and relaxing mountain getaways. While not a true ski-in/ski-out property, the lifts are only a short walk away. Guests can easily access Chair 6, Chair 10, and Chair 11 within minutes. When snow conditions allow, many guests are able to ski back toward the building from Chair 6 or Chair 7, followed by a quick walk across the street to the entrance. The free Kirkwood shuttle stops directly in front of the building, providing convenient transportation throughout the resort, including Kirkwood Village, the General Store, and the Timber Creek beginner area. There is also a self-service waxing station available if your skis or snowboard need a quick tune-up. Cleaning Our professional cleaning team thoroughly prepares the unit between every stay, including washing all linens, blankets, and duvet covers, to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for every guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo during their stay. In addition, guests may use the building’s shared amenities, including the community hot tub (seasonal winter operation), great room lounge area, and common spaces. Your stay also includes two reserved underground garage parking space and access to a private ski locker located at the building entrance, making it easy to store skis and snowboards after a day on the slopes. A self-service waxing station is also available in the locker area. Other things to note Mountain Conditions: Kirkwood is a high-elevation mountain resort where weather and snow conditions can change quickly. Road conditions, lift operations, shuttle service, and some building amenities may occasionally be affected by weather or maintenance. Seasonal Amenities: The community hot tub is managed by the building HOA and is typically open during the winter ski season. Availability may vary due to maintenance or weather. Fireplace: One of the wood-burning fireplace is currently not operational while maintenance is being completed and is not available for guest use at this time. The fireplace in the hotel side of the unit is operational. Radiant Heat: The building uses a radiant wall heating system that operates seasonally, typically from November through April. Portable heaters are provided for guest comfort when the building heat system is not operating. Air Conditioning: Air conditioning is not typically needed at Kirkwood due to the cool alpine climate. Opening windows and the natural mountain air usually keep the unit comfortable during warmer months. Travel Tip: During winter storms, vehicles with 4WD/AWD or chains may be required on mountain roads when traveling to Kirkwood. We recommend checking road and weather conditions prior to travel.
