Come stay and enjoy some leisurely Lake Life! We are a short stroll to the restaurants and bars and a few miles from soooooo many area attractions! Hike, golf, wine tastings, fishing, waterskiing, whatever you are looking for, it’s here! Lots of wildlife around us, as you are surrounded by gorgeous wood work, true to the area and the charm of Lake Harmony as it should be. Those with discerning taste will appreciate! The space Walking into DeerPathCrossing is like walking into VACATION! We are on the more relaxes side of the lake, NorthLakeDrive,and walking distance to all restaurants on the south end such as Piggy's, Nick's Lakehouse & Shenanigan's Summer time lake fun can't be beat! I'll send you lake access options once booked, there's plenty of fun to be had with paddleboard, kayak, waterski, tubing and pontoon rentals! All details provided in my welcome guide once booked :) Enter into the main living space with stone wood burning fireplace, true gentlemen leather seating area and wood work at it finest. The front enclosed porch houses the bar, Harvard foosball table, darts and large table for games and socializing. Louvred glass windows will give you the best breeze in the warm months, with newly installed Heat/AC in this room to keep you as comfortable as possible! Serve your favorite wine out of the wine bar station in the kitchen, complete with wine refrigerator, and electric bottle opener. If you prefer a great cup of Joe, you have your choice of French Press or make a hot or cold specialty coffee on the Ninja set. After a day hiking or on the slopes, hit the Hot Tub!! Dry your boots/shoes in our AlpenHeat warmer/dryer, jump in the shower and enjoy the towel warmer as you get refreshed for your evening plans. Summer rentals will have Central Air to keep you as comfy as can be. With a large yard, picnic table for 10 outdoor private hot tub and even a climbing station for the kids, you can enjoy summer to the fullest! BATHROOMS: Full Bathroom on main floor with walk in glass shower and separate soaking tub Full bathroom upstairs, Water Closet room and private Shower room with walk in glass shower Smart TV in the family room and upstairs King room HUGE propane grill on deck off of the kitchen Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware for your crew The cabin is located moments from Nick's Lakehouse, Shenanigans and other lakeside eateries. In the WINTERTIME, we are just 1.2 miles to Big Boulder Ski Resort, and 5 miles to Jack Frost Ski Resort. 2 miles to Split Rock Golf links, and 5 miles to Jack Frost Golf, or stretch your legs at Hickory Run State Park or take a short drive into Jim Thorpe for the day. Once you book, I will send you a local attraction document to help plan your best trip ever! We look forward to hosting you! Guest Requirements: Guest must provide email, drivers license copy and sign rental agreement sent once booked via our guest portal. Guest must be 25yrs of age or older to book.
