Stunning 2-bedroom BEACHFRONT condo accommodates up to 6 guests. It comes fully equipped with a complete kitchen featuring all necessary utensils, pots and pans, a coffee maker, spices, a toaster, a blender, a dishwasher, and much more! We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels and chairs for your convenience. Additionally, you'll receive a "starter kit" that includes coffee pods, soaps, shampoos, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, and more! Please note, NO PETS allowed. The code will be sent via a separate email and text within 48-24 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment. You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911. The owners of Beach House #3602 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year. 1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking pass is a must you can pick it up at the manager's office in front of the main pool. 2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present ,and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. 3. Pets ~ We DO NOT accept pets on our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400. 4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed. 5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed exterior dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check-in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave. 6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours. 7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included. 8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only. 9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you. Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule. Subletting not allowed. Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises. Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door. The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival. Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text. Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee. "Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence. Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice. For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact. Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price. Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
