Main Level Highlights Open Concept Living Area: Enjoy a cozy wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for your group. The living and dining areas feature two sets of sliding glass doors that open to the wraparound deck. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a breakfast bar with seating for three and a dining table with seating for six—perfect for gathering over shared meals. Outdoor Living Space: The spacious deck wraps around three sides of the house and includes a gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining set, and plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening under the stars. Bedrooms & Bathrooms on This Level: ■ Queen bedroom with closet and ceiling fan ■ Bedroom with one full bed and one queen bed, closet, and ceiling fan ■ Full bathroom with shower/tub combo Loft Level Private Queen Bedroom: A cozy, private space with an ensuite bathroom. Private Hot Tub: Just outside the lower-level doors, soak in the serene surroundings of the Black Hills. Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the lower-level bathroom for added convenience. There is a fee of $75 per dog, with a limit of 2 dogs.
