There are 2 coin/cc operated laundry rooms available for use providing a total of 3 each washers / dryers on property. Other things to note A beautiful stretch of beach awaits! Kite Beach is just across the street and less than a 3 minute walk! Nice view of lighthouse point and lots of opportunities for water sports and snorkelling right from the beach. Snorkelling, day and sunset cruises are close by as well as water toy rentals. There are a few shuttles that offer free rides around Pompano and Lauderdale by the Sea. RideCircuit - is an on demand free (tips appreciated) service you can download their app! The condo is perfect for a single, couple or family with sleeping for up to 4 people. Gas grills on the property must be cleaned after use. My suggestion is to get disposable grill toppers at Publix or the dollar store for easier clean up.
