Other things to note - No smoking of any kind - Do not flush anything in the toilet besides toilet paper as the cabin is on a septic tank system - NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE HOT TUB - No events, parties, or large gatherings. Evidence of a party will result in a hefty post-stay fee -Swimming gears are not provide but can be purchased at Walmart 5 minutes from cabin or rented from 3rd parties - The maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any point during your stay - Must be at least 25 years old to book NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces Pet policy: For dog stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 for one dog, and each additional dog incurs a $100 fee. A $500 charge will be applied for any undisclosed pets, and a $25 fee will be assessed for each pet mess not cleaned up. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages during their stay. **Service Animals**: Guests with licensed ADA service animals are required to provide answers to the following questions: 1. Is the animal needed due to a disability? 2. What task or work has the animal been trained to perform? Please also note the following guidelines: - Service animals cannot be left unattended at any time, even in a crate, and must accompany you throughout your stay. - The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the service animal, and additional fees may apply for damage or extra cleaning. - Misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal may result in eviction without a refund. - Service animals must stay off furniture and counters unless necessary for the guest’s disability. - To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, service animals must be leashed, accompanied by proof of rabies vaccination, and all messes must be cleaned up promptly.
