Our adorable 745 SQFT apartment is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac with a beautiful Pikes Peak view & is near many CO Springs attractions, grocery stores & shopping. You will be welcomed with a sparkling clean space & thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, & oil. The 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath have been freshly remodeled. Keeping your comfort in mind, we have included an LED Smart TV, radiant heat, private parking, & laundry (coin-op). We are excited to host your stay! The space We are located in an apartment neighborhood with great views, neighboring houses, a local golf course and Palmer Park which boasts some of the greatest mountain biking trails in CO. We are next to some of the best shopping in Co Springs along the Powers corridor. This is the upper right unit of our four plex. The unit will be private to you, including the two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The laundry facilities are open to all guests/tenants (coin-operated). The parking lot is sufficient for guests to bring up to two cars. You may park in our gravel lot (facing the lawn) or carport. We start you off with the basics, like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent. We hope that helps get you started but can’t guarantee it’s enough for your entire stay. We hope it is the perfect home base for your adventures in Colorado Springs. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for.
