Air Conditioning Details The top floor bedrooms have air conditioning. The rest of the home does not have AC, as it does not get very warm in the summer. If you require additional cooling, please inform the Vail Butler team in advance and we will work with you to have portable AC units available. Trash pick-up Trash pick up is on Tuesday's, Recycling pick up is every other Tuesday. Please pull bins out to the road the morning of pick up, before 8:30am. Please do not pull bins out the night prior or leave trash cans outside, as it attracts wildlife. To see exact pick up dates for trash & recycling, please click here, type the address in: 155 Mountain Retreat Ct., and next/future pick up dates will be shown. Place all trash inside bins in garage. Please contact property manager if you are not able to take the garbage out. Rental Agreement All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. Check In Instructions: Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received. Nonrefundable Fees Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking. Guest access Mountainside Retreat is located in Arrowhead Village. Guests staying have access to Beaver Creek mountain via Arrowbahn Express.
