Oceanfront building amenities include private beach access, seasonal community pool, 3 grills/2 picnic tables, private parking, a coin-operated laundry room, and a fenced in grass area. If you see a restriction (check-in/out date/time/rule, etc.) that would prevent you from being our guest please reach out as I may be able to accommodate your needs! **NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED** The space A Place At The Beach VI #C203 is a non-smoking, **PET-FREE**, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor which comfortably sleeps 6. Upon arrival you will enter your uniquely assigned code on the Yale smartlock device which will allow you access into the unit. Kitchen Enjoy all the amenities of home in the fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you need during your stay. The dining table seats 2 and 3 more can be accommodated at the counter on the bar stools. Living Area Kick back in the recliner for optimal viewing of the 50 inch smart tv, or cozy up with a book on the queen sofa bed. Relax in the freshly reupholstered wingback chairs and talk about your amazing beach day, or challenge one another in one of the many board games available (located in Bedroom #2's closet). Deck Grab an ice-cold drink and take in the breathtaking ocean views from our 2nd floor private balcony overlooking the pool. Master Bedroom Enjoy the 42-inch smart tv (also with cable) from the king-sized bed, or sneak out the private balcony door to catch those ocean views without waking anyone. There's a double door closet with plenty of hanging space as well as a stand-alone dresser to house all of your belongings. There is a vanity sink and mirror conveniently located outside of the bathroom to allow walk-in shower access or restroom privacy. This room has its own cooling/heating wall unit. 2nd Bedroom This room includes a queen bed as well as a twin bed, along with a large closet and 32-inch smart tv (also with cable). Tub/shower combo bathroom is just outside the doorway in the hall. This room is heated/cooled by setting your desired temp via the living room wall unit, and running the built-in wall fan located behind the bedroom door controlled by the wall switch. There's also a portable fan in the closet for a more customized temp. Guest access Located in the northern tip of Myrtle Beach, away from the traffic and commercialism but close to some of the best restaurants, shopping, and fun the area has to offer. Apache Pier is just a short stroll down the beach with amazing food at Groupers and great for fishing. There's a handful of restaurants, bars, and markets across the street/in walking distance. There is a coin-operated ice dispenser just a short drive away, as well as grocery and retail stores, restaurants, golf, and entertainment galore! Other things to note Extras Complimentary Wi-Fi. Keurig and drip-coffee maker combo available. All TVs are smart, and cable (Spectrum) is also available in the bedrooms. There is a coin-operated laundry facility in the building located on the 1st floor (no Canadian coins please). Unassigned parking is available for 1 vehicle with parking pass. Pack 'n Play available for in-unit use only - please clean after use. Outdoor pool is open seasonally, typically sometime in April until October. There are no elevators. The building is not handicap accessible. ***NO PETS ARE ALLOWED*** Included in your stay: 1. Pillows, quilt and 1 sheet set per bed. Linens for the sofa bed can be found in the 2nd bedroom closet. 2. 10 bath towels (4 in master, 6 in guest bedroom) and 10 washcloths. 3. Each bathroom has 2 rolls of toilet paper (please only use/purchase single ply to avoid clogs), 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners, 2 bath soaps and 2 face soaps. 4. The kitchen has 1 kitchen towel, 1 dishcloth, 1 paper towel roll, 1 dishwashing tablet and 1 dish liquid bottle. We do not provide beach towels - please do not use the bath towels as such. Please note - other than the linens, these items are provided as a convenience (and subject to change) but you are responsible for your own necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, toiletries, etc. Guests often leave behind items so if it's there, feel free to use it. If you have more than 6 guests, there is a fee of $100/night for each additional body. Please notify me ahead of time if this is your situation so we can accommodate you appropriately with linens. We only rent to responsible adults and families. This is our home, please treat it as if it were your own. There are no golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, or campers allowed in the parking lot per HOA rules.
