Perfect for families, couples, or groups, this villa sleeps up to 7 guests and provides the ideal blend of luxury, relaxation, and fun. ***Building Exterior Maintenance: Stucco Repair & Repainting Project of Barrington Court Building is set to begin November 2025 and likely to extend through March 1st, 2026 depending on weather conditions. Extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay $45.00 per pass and request all passes through host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes. Other things to note Palmetto Dunes Resort does not permit RV's, Shuttles, or trailers. No logo or commercial signage vehicles permitted overnight. Pest Control All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
