This tall-ceiling, 2-story home is perfect for an intimate reunion with your friends, family, & pets. - 1 King bed, 3 Queens, 1 Twin XL - Fenced backyard & patio - 1 Gbps high-speed internet - Smart TVs and lights - 2-car driveway, residential street parking - Water softener & filter system - Washer/dryer is only available upon request - Treadmill, office with desk, BBQ grill, & firepit - Small pet-friendly - Just a few blocks away from a grocery, food, & shopping complex The space This is a two-story home ( approx. 2000 sq ft), perfect for a small gathering with your friends and family. You will get access to the entire home (the garage and washer/dryer is only available upon request). The home is equipped with smart lights, smart TVs, a water filtration system and softener throughout the home, and high-speed internet with 3 mesh routers so you get coverage throughout each room. We also have a treadmill, cycle machine, and a grill for all the delicious BBQs you can make. We can sleep 9 guests comfortably with 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Twin XL with an air mattress (upon request) and couch for extra guests. All the bedrooms will be located on the second floor. MAIN BEDROOM: The bedroom has a king bed dressed in a comfortable mattress, soft sheets, and plush pillows, along with a Smart TV that allows you to stream your own Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, Disney+, etc. It also has its own bathroom with a shower tub. (Note: the closet will not be accessible for guests). BEDROOM 1, 2, and 3: The other three bedrooms have a queen bed dressed in a comfortable mattress, soft sheets, and plush pillows. Plenty of closet space to store your belongings. Den/Office: This space has a twin XL bed also dressed comfortably. The den space also comes with a large desk for those that will need to get some work/study done. LIVING AREA: The living room has a comfortable sectional couch with a 65” Smart TV that allows you to login to your own Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, Disney+, etc. for streaming. BATHROOM: There will be a powder room on the main floor in addition to a full bathroom located on the second floor. This full bath is fully supplied with essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towel, hairdryer, and more. (Please help us conserve water with shorter showers given the drought status in California & to preserve our environment.) KITCHEN/DINING AREA: The kitchen will be fully stocked with cooking supplies, an air fryer, a small rice cooker along with other essentials such as a large fridge/freezer with ice machine, filtered water dispenser, separate BRITA filter, microwave, tea kettle, french press, drip coffee maker, coffee, tea, toaster, etc. The dining table can comfortably seat six guests, along with two additional guests on the breakfast counter. BACKYARD: The backyard has a covered deck with an outdoor seating area along with a grill that uses propane (message ahead of time if you'd like to use the grill so we can help prepare it for you). Guest access You have the entire house (except for the garage and washer/dryer, which is only available upon request). Other things to note This is a family home and with that, we ask that you please respect the property and neighborhood. No large parties or disturbances. The neighbors are sticklers and wouldn’t hesitate to call the authorities. Only guests that are included in your reservation are allowed overnight. The outdoor security cameras will monitor every person entering and leaving, as well as an indoor noise monitoring system that will detect loud noise after 10 PM. WASHER/DRYER: The garage with the washer/dryer is locked by default, but the keycode can be provided by request only. There are also plenty of laundromats ​are available nearby. SECURITY CAMERAS: The property is equipped with security cameras that are installed on the property EXTERIOR (i.e. driveway, front door, & backyard) to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, there are no cameras installed inside the home at all. PARKING: Two cars can be parked on the driveway. There is additional parking along the street. We are not liable or financially responsible for any personal property, including transportation vehicles, left behind after checkout and booking has ended, even if, in the driveway or in front of the property. PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $1000.
