There is also a dining table with seating for four. The living room opens up to a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom which features a king-size bed, a dresser, a closet, and a TV. The apartment also includes a bathroom that features a bathtub/shower, a sink with a vanity, and a toilet. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure. There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside on the screened patio only. The sleeper sofa bed is offered as a convenience and is more suitable to children or young adults. Standard sofa beds don't provide the necessary back support and are often considered uncomfortable.
