Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home and grounds, including the pool, spa, game room, multiple patios, and balconies. The property is reserved exclusively for your group during your stay. Free on-site parking is available for up to five vehicles. Other things to note Guest License Agreement Required: This property requires execution of a Temporary Guest License Agreement as a condition of booking and occupancy. A secure e-sign link will be sent immediately after booking and must be completed within 48 hours. Access instructions are released only after completion. Occupancy: Occupancy: Only registered guests (equal to the number on the booking) are permitted. At Host’s discretion, a limited number of additional guests or daytime visitors may be approved on an exception basis (with an additional fee). All requests must be made in advance and approved in writing. When approved, additional guests or visitors are subject to a fee of $50 per person per day, payable in advance and reflected in the reservation or written approval. No parties, events or large gatherings. Pool Heating: Pool heating is available by request only with at least 24 hours’ notice. Fee is $500 for up to 3 nights, plus $150 per additional night. The hot tub is heated at no charge. Parking: Parking is limited to 5 vehicles: 3 in the driveway and 2 on the street directly in front of the home. Security & Monitoring: Exterior security cameras monitor the entire exterior of the property, including entry points, driveway, yard, and pool/spa areas, for safety and security. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. A decibel-based noise monitor may be in use. These devices do not record audio conversations. Occupancy Tax Advantage: This property is subject to a 6% occupancy tax, compared to approximately 15% within Austin city limits.
