Other things to note A Few Friendly House Rules To help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these simple guidelines: 🚭 No smoking or vaping 🚫 No large trailers or work trucks; up to 3 vehicles max 🙅‍♀️ Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests. Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. For safety, insurance, and neighborhood compliance, no unregistered visitors, gatherings, or drop-ins are allowed. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. 🔇 Quiet hours begin at 10 PM—no loud music or loud talking please. 🚪 Outdoor shed is off-limits to guests 🛶 All guests must sign a kayak waiver, even if not using the kayaks 🛶 Kayaks must be securely stored after use 🚫 No jumping off the dock; children must be supervised at all times 🛏️ Loft in the third bedroom has a 150 lb weight limit 🔥 Indoor fireplace use is not permitted 📷 Security cameras are located at the front door, back gate, waterfront, and facing the neighbor's property 🚽 Septic system in use – please flush only the provided toilet paper. No wipes, tissues, or feminine products. Kindly take care of these items before leaving: 1. Collect personal items so nothing is left behind 2. Clean used kitchen items/unload dishwasher 3. Remove garbage from home/place in bin outside cabin 4. Leave linens on bed 5. Place used towels on top of washer 6. When exiting the property, ensure all doors are locked, security alarm is set and the outdoor gate is fully closed.
