Beautiful, renovated condo in Seagrove Beach! Steps from the beach & Cafe Thirty-A, & many other local favorites! Just a short (1-2 mile) bike ride from Seaside, Publix, shops & restaurants. On-site pools & tennis courts. Perfect for a couple's or small family beach vacation. We are open to renting directly to guests 18+ (i.e. college or high school students; children traveling with families are also welcome, of course!) See policies & rules for details. The space Open, sunny second-floor condo with covered deck, full kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room. Renovated unit with almost anything you'll need to have a fabulous trip to the beach. 50" Amazon FireTV in the bedroom; 55" Amazon FireTV in the living room. We provide towels and chairs, but not umbrellas. Somtimes a prior guest will leave an umbrella, so there might be on there for you. The AirBnB settings don't allow us to specify which basics for the beach are and aren't provided. We do have recommendations on chair/umbrella rental services! Note: The condo is 640sf. The bed in the bedroom is a queen and the sleeper sofa is a full. The sofa is a small sofa/large loveseat. It will fit 3 average adults for sitting, or 2 very comfortably if you like to spread out. We do have a nice air mattress if you prefer to use that instead of the sleeper sofa. Guest access Parking right outside the unit; no parking pass required; highly recommend bike rentals for visiting nearby beach towns, restaurants & shops.
