The second bedroom, across the hall, has two comfortable twin-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and ample storage space. A shared full bathroom with single vanity and a walk-in shower, near the family room, is available for guests during your stay. A pull-down murphy bed, in the family room, is available for additional guests. There is a laundry facility in the complex for your washing needs. STR Permit Number: B-018391 Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor patio, and a shared FREE laundry unit in the complex. There is also a ski locker available for guests to use. Other things to note Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note, the outdoor seasonal pool and hot tub are open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
