MAX OCCUPANCY: 12 guests, including infants (0-2 years old). ABSOLUTELY NO extra guests are allowed AT ANY TIME, day or night (family, friends, off-site visitors) 2. PARKING: Please use the 3 off-street parking spaces provided. Park as per the map inside the home. NO BOATS/TRAILERS/RVs/TENTS/Other structures. 3. PETS: 2 dogs under 35lbs each. NO PETS on beds/sofas/armchairs. Wash the dog using the warm water hose at the lower level entrance NOT in the shower. Please clean up after your pets and dispose of their waste in the proper trash receptacle. Please keep your dogs from being disruptive and excessively barking. 4. SMOKING/VAPING: NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the property. 4. FIRE PIT: Please observe any city/county/state fire BANS or if the "fire ban" sign is posted usage is not allowed. 5. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-7am.
