Guest access You will have access to the entire condo with the exception of the locked owner's storage. Other things to note COVID-19 note - We take the health and well-being of all our guests very seriously. Our houses are professionally cleaned after every stay and include using a professional-grade disinfectant on all surfaces including countertops, floors, door handles, handrails, appliances, and bathrooms. All sheets, shams, and comforters are cleaned after every use. Get away from the crowds and have a Surfside staycation with us in our little beach town. ✔ The minimum age for rental is 25 years old. ✔ The Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (including Kids), anytime during the day or night. It is not allowed under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES that this maximum number is exceeded, being characterized as a breach of rules of the property, and subject to cancellation of the reservation and immediate eviction of the property, in addition to a fine to be defined by the host. ✔ No unregistered guests on-premises. The Pumpkin House is for the exclusive rights of the guests. ✔ You may have to register potential visitors and they will count for the maximum occupancy. ✔ We reinforce that it is STRICTLY prohibited parties and/or events. This is a non-smoking property. Smoke and vapes are NOT ALLOWED inside the house ✔ 4% Village of Surfside Beach hotel/motel tax included as 'Community Fee' (Village of Surfside Beach registration #: 100204) DOG FRIENDLY: A well-behaved dog will be considered, subject to approval. Rules: ✔ Dogs must be approved in advance by the host and need to be informed when booking and before check-in. ✔ Dog must be house trained, able to keep dog off couch, bed, and chairs, and guests must clean up pet waste in the yard. ✔ Payment of a non-refundable Pet Fee is required before check-in. ✔ Up to 2, small/friendly dogs are welcome—non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay. ✔ Cats are not allowed. EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: ✔ Guests will receive a personalized access code for the property to access the home electronically at 4 pm on the day of your arrival with a unique lock code made specifically for you. Code will be sent to you via text, or email and will be available at our Guest book app that you download to your phone. ✔ Must be 25 years old or older to book and must be present during the entire stay. Absolutely no large parties.
