The space The unit is on the bottom floor. There are two other rental units on the property, one of them above this unit. The pool and patio area are shared spaces. We are located 55 minutes from the DFW airport, 40 minutes from the Ft. Worth Stockyards, 47 minutes from At&T Stadium, (Texas Rangers & Dallas Cowboys) 40 minutes from Six Flags, 20 minutes from Taylor Sheridan's Bosque Ranch, 20 minutes from Mineral Wells State Park and 30 minutes from Granbury. Other things to note The cozy cottage is an efficiency style cottage. It sits next to the main house that is occupied by my family. There are two other rentable units on the property as well. The pool and courtyard areas are shareable spaces that all guests on the property can use.
