The space Welcome to your home, away from home, conveniently located and equipped with everything you’ll need for a luxurious stay. Our unique home features panoramic views, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a private patio with dining space. This prime location is just a short walk away from Del Mar’s one-of-a-kind dog beach, local shops, and eateries. Pack up the family and experience the very best that this dynamic beach town has to offer. 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths - Master Bedroom - King bed, sleeps 2 with ensuite bathroom - Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, sleeps 2 and a toddler bed - Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, sleeps 2 - 1 Baths- Downstairs has an enclosed outdoor shower AMENITIES - Central heating & AC - Fully stocked kitchen with the essentials - Dining area seating for 6 people - Washer and dryer - Smart TVs with cable - Backyard space with dining table & BBQ (PLEASE NOTE: This is a shared backyard) - 1 block from the beach - 5-minute walk to the Del Mar off-leash dog beach (Sep-May) - Beach gear - Level 2 EV charging outlet (cable not provided) PARKING - 1 parking space available in the shared driveway. - No garage parking. - There is a covered car in the garage and it is not for guest use. - There is a Level 2 EV charging outlet, you must provide your own cable HOUSE RULES - Max occupancy at all times: 6 - Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced. - 1 PET ALLOWED - There is a $50 pet fee per night. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay. - There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located on the driveway - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: • Receive full refund Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival: • Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun
