Welcome to Hacienda Vista, just northwest of Buena Vista, at the base of Mt. Columbia in the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness Area. Sitting on 40 acres, this three bedroom southwestern ranch style house is perfect for your visit to Buena Vista. The heart of the house is a great room that combines the dining room, amazing gourmet kitchen and comfortable living room, all in an open concept floor plan. To enjoy the amazing views, there is a great patio with an outdoor kitchen and dining set. Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry detergent. Please bring your own toiletries. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV’s other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement. Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. Grill needs to be lit manually. The long lighter is inside the house, located in the top drawer next to the small sink and mini fridge. First take grates and heat baffles off to expose the burner. Remember! First flame, then gas. Put the long lighter near the burner. Turn the burner on and remove lighter. Then put the heat baffles and grill grate back on. You should be able to light the other side by just turning it on.
