Beyond the front door, the heart of the home awaits! The open living space is an inviting area that boasts with high-ceilings, natural light, exposed historic beams, and two original brick fireplaces that have been preserved to their original state. Open to the living room, guests will find the luxurious kitchen - a true chef's dream. Take advantage of the stainless steel appliances, gas top stove, and marble counter tops that create a perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for six, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms with tasteful furnishings that compliment each room. The first suite sits at the front of the home, boasting with natural light, a spacious walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and a King size bed. Down the hall, you can find the second suite that offers the same amenities, with a Queen size bed. All parking is on-street, non-metered directly in front of the home. Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Other things to note AGE RESTRICTION: All renters must be over the age of 25, unless it is a child accompanied by a parent. If a guest is found to have falsified their reservation in any way we reserve the right to evict the guest, cancel their reservation and retain ALL DEPOSITS PAID TO THAT POINT.
