Fantastic views of the Tennessee River, Downtown Chattanooga and the Mountains with easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, parks and the Walnut Street Walking Bridge. The top floor condo of this unit has a private entrance with 4 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Bathrooms along with 2 living areas and a full kitchen. There is a private entrance and two balconies that make this an ideal family or friend getaway. City of Chattanooga Certificate STVR-22-19 The space The top floor is a spacious 2,000 square feet with four bedrooms and two living areas. We can accommodate up to 10 guests with the four bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. Plenty of TV's, comfortable furniture and great views make this a great getaway. Guest access Arrival / Parking There is parking for 4 vehicles (two in the driveway and two on the road). Please note that the driveway is pretty tight and is best suited for mid-sized SUV’s (ie Honda Pilot) and smaller. Larger vehicles (ie: Tahoe, F150, etc) will have to back out of the driveway and are not suggested. If you have more than 4 vehicles please let us know ahead of time. If you park in the driveway, you’ll enter using the metal stair case to the 2nd level. For street parking, please pull up on the river rocks pavers (or as close to the curb as possible if you don’t feel comfortable going over curb) as the road is fairly narrow. Entering property from the street, take the stairs from the street level. At the top of the stairs, take the stepping stone path to the left. Proceed on the sidewalk along side of the house. Turn right at the end of the sidewalk, past the garage to your private entrance in the rear of the house. Checking In There is no in person check in. You can enter the rental via your private entrance using the bronze metal stairs at the rear of the house (to the left of the garage). Once at the top of the stairs, you can use the keypad to open the door. You’ll be provided with the keycode before you arrive. This code will remain active throughout your stay. The keycode is also used to lock the door when leaving. Other things to note Baby crib and High Chair are available. Please let us know ahead of time if needed.
