The space Sheephorn Lodge is a rustic yet modern chalet located just off the fourth hole near our local golf course and walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort. With 2,101 sq/ft of living space this large custom 2 bedroom cabin has plenty of room to enjoy. This cabin also offers Central AC for those hot summer months. Entering the home you will notice the high vaulted ceilings, clean lines and amazing views. Sit and relax on the modern sofas while enjoying a nice fire in the wood burning fireplace.  The large Flatscreen TV is perfect for streaming your favorite movie or show. The sleek well equipped kitchen area offers newer appliances including a gas range counter cooktop, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A standard coffee maker is provided. The dining area offers a modern style table with ample seating. There is additional seating at the kitchen island, an ideal spot to sit with the cook. Just off the main level livingroom you will step into the first bedroom with a King bed. There is also a full bathroom conveniently located between the living room and the bedroom. Head downstairs to the den area, where you can play a friendly game of foosball. Snuggle up and watch a movie on the Flatscreen TV, step out onto the deck, enjoy the wooded views and views of the golf course, soak in the hot tub, and relax while enjoying crisp mountain air. The Den offeres sleeping for two with a Twin size sofa with additional Twin trundle bed. Downstairs you will also find the second bedroom offering a King bed and ample storage for clothing and essentials. The second bathroom is convinently located just off the bedroom and the den area to service the lower level. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
