Master suite allows for access to the balcony. Second bedroom has Queen bed. The third bedroom features a Twin over Full bed with twin trundle. Both are near the kitchen and full tub/shower bathroom. Bunk room has weight limit on top bunk of 120 lbs and is for children only! You will find plenty of towels, beach towels, Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and cooler in utility unit as well. Board games are in the chest for the occasional rainy day or just a relaxing evening of fun. All 4 TV's are smart Tv with app for Spectrum cable with over 300 channels and cable boxes in bedrooms included. Black out curtains in Queen and Bunk bedrooms. The WIFI access is free and private, reliable and fast. You have plenty of space to work from at the bar, table, living room or master bedroom desk area. There are starter supplies with things such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. There is a Dollar market just a mile down the road and a Publix supermarket within 3 miles. Everything is very convenient to the location. The home is equipped with Blink Camera doorbell that has audio and recording features, Wifi lock , Wifi Thermostat so that it's easy to help guests and for safety reasons. We highly recommend all guests obtain travel insurance that would cover you in case of emergency or change in plans. Travel down South Atlantic Ave. to Ocean Walk on the left side. This is a gated community that you will be given access codes to open the gates prior to arrival. From the first gate entrance you will enter the code and the gate to your immediate left will open. The building immediately to your right is Building 20 and where your vacation begins! You may enter the garage and park to unload your car. Elevators and carts are available to bring your things to Level 3, Condo 304 to the left as you exit the elevator. Wifi smart lock that you'll use to enter with code provided and blink video doorbell to ensure safety. Once inside there will be keys and other information about the condo and complex. If you arrive after 7 PM when the garage is closed you will park and walk on either end up the sidewalk to the back side of building , up a flight of stairs to the 1st floor, down the hallway to the elevators and up to the 3rd floor. From there you can go down and open the garage door manually to enter and park. I am available by phone or text for anything that is needed. I'm very responsive to texts via the app as well.
