Enjoy an unforgettable family vacation at this charming and tastefully-designed house! Close to Loveland trails, Mason, Kings Island, and I-71, this house is located in a family friendly neighborhood with a big deck, fenced backyard, and a four season room. Whether you are using the fast 500Mbps fiberoptics WiFi for work while kids play, or taking a bath in the master bedroom before you sleep, this serene house is perfect for your family vacation. The space No parties or events allowed. This is strictly enforced with exterior recording cameras. This is such a family friendly neighborhood! You will see moms walking with their stroller, couples walking their dogs, and families playing with kids outside. House Layout: First floor has an office, living room, dining room for 8, and kitchen and family room. Right off the family room is the four seasons room, a big deck to hang out, and stairs leading to the fenced backyard. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fire pit. The laundry room and half bath are also on the 1st floor. Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is super big with a King sized bed and newly renovated master bathroom. All other bedrooms are Queen sized beds. There is a crib upstairs as well but we only provide the mattress protector. Please bring your own sheets! Amenities: We use Pottery Barn & West Elm organic cotton duvet covers and 680 thread count cotton sheets. All beds are medium memory foam mattress for a comfortable night's sleep. bathroom - Charmin, Pantene/Head & Shoulders shampoo and Olay/Dove body wash kitchen - Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, & Keurig Starbucks k-cups all sheets washed in Tide Fast 500Mbps Internet with wifi extenders throughout the house & 55" Smart TV in the living room & family room Additional add ons by request only: -fridge stocked with your favorite items before arriving -pack n play, high chair, nuna car seat, slumberpod, or other baby items -additional cleanings during your extended stays ask us about anything else you would like, and we will try to accommodate as much as possible Guest access Garage parking for 2 and driveway parking for 2 more cars. Fireplace is not available for use. Other things to note We proudly support a local minority owned & women owned cleaning business. No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds. No shoes inside on the carpet. Any stains will incur $300 carpet cleaning fee. Strict early check in and late check out fees apply. Please coordinate ahead of time. Otherwise, $50/30 min late fee will be charged. Thanks!
