Our beautiful condo is Owner managed and located at Grand Panama Beach Resort Tower 1-805. (directly on the beach) Unobstructed balcony and beautiful views! Master bedroom on beach side with a king bed and newly renovated on suite bath. 2nd bedroom has a full attached bath. Bunk alcove that sleeps 2 in the hallway. Also a queen air mattress with bedding. New living room furniture, Child safety locks, sliding glass doors. Granite countertops, Keurig, icemaker, convection oven, microwave. The space 1150 square feet, 2 bedrooms, bunk alcove. Sleeps six comfortably. 2 full baths. Well equipped kitchen, air conditioning and dehumidifier. Balcony with unobstructed views, close to elevators. Guest access 2 Heated Pools. Beachside and Tower 2 . Gym located in Tower 2. Books and snack machines in Tower 2 lobby. Restaurant and store also across the street. Tiki bar on beachside. Other things to note We have a dehumidifier in the hallway, we ask you to please leave it in its current position and running. Also, balcony doors need to remain closed when AC is on. We also provide a queen mattress with linens if needed in the master bedroom closet. Parking passes, 2 vehicles per unit allowed. Wristbands will also be given out to wear on the property. There is a registration fee included with your first parking pas totaling $55.00. A 2nd pass if needed will be an additional $35.00. You are allowed 2 parking spaces per reservation.
