The interior space is equipped with high-speed WiFi and smart TV's should guests feel the need to plug-in to human activities. **Please note, this is a studio style layout and does not have a formal bedroom apart from the main living area** Guest access Guests have a private fully equipped space on the main level of the house with private access. Guests have a private deck and will share the large yard with their host and other guests. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know and we will send a resolution request for the pet fee through AirBnB. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone.
