It is nestled in the center of the Bellows Falls village, a short 5-minute walk to downtown, where you will find great little shops and eateries. We are centrally located in Southern Vermont ~ 40 min from several ski areas (Okemo, Magic, Bromley, Stratton, etc.) about one hour from Killington Resort, Mount Snow, and Mount Sunapee (NH), and ~ 20 mins from Brattleboro, VT, or Keene, NH. The space First floor, three bedroom, one bath apartment. (There are two steps to access the porch/main door to enter the apartment). One bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a large closet with built-ins. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom (accessible through the King room but with a door between) has a twin bed, and a large closet with built-ins as well. The billiards table room has a TV (firestick), pub table, and additional accent chairs. Full, equipped kitchen with counter/bar, pub chairs and a complimentary coffee/tea bar. Full bath with plenty of towels and extra toiletries if needed. The living room has a large TV (firestick), ceiling fan, comfy couch with a reclining section, and a chair that reclines as well! We do have a security camera monitoring the outside door, walkway, and part of the driveway for guest safety. Off-street parking is available for up to three vehicles. Other things to note Off Street Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. (November - April no overnight parking permitted on the street).
