Black Water Junction Cabin

Our cabin is built out of old wood and doors found on the farm. Because I am such a cold natured person, I installed heated floors and a heated towel bar in addition to the mini-split and electric fireplace! The cabin is surrounded by pastures that are the home to our cows, horses, goats, pot belly pig, and chickens. The highlight of a stay at BWJ Cabin would be to sit on the front porch in a rocking chair, day bed swing or hot tub looking out over the landscape and do nothing. The space Our farm is a special place close to Smith Mountain Lake, The Pavilion at Black Water Junction wedding venue, Black Water Junction Wake Park and yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The stars are amazing on a clear night. The peace and quiet are so relaxing. Our night life here is relaxing on the porch listening to the crickets hoping to see a shooting star. Guest access The cabin is surrounded by fences for the pastures. You will be the one fenced in from the cows, horses, goats, pig and chickens. They get to roam the pastures. We just ask that you do not open any gates so that the animals escape!! Other things to note We have two other cabins on the lane if you would like to invite friends or family to your stay.
